12:15PM Collect bag lunch and eat immediately following conference closing12:45PM Board coach bus outside hotel lobby1:00 PM Coach departs the conference hotel for the University of Glasgow 1:30 PM Arrival at the University of Glasgow1:45 PM Meet and greet by University staff who will escort our group to the our meeting room2:00 PM Presentation by University International office followed by an informal Q & A session3:00 PM Guided tour of the ancient part of the University 4:00 PM Option to stay in the West end of the city to explore! (please note this will require you to make your own transport arrangements back to your hotel)4:30 PM Coach departs the University to return to the conference hotel.
